职责要求:
寻找及开发具有潜质的新客户
把控和保持与目前和潜质客户的长期关系
协助项目开发经理完成销售业绩及其它各项相关的商务活动
向顾问部提供有效的与项目相关的支持。

资格要求:
大专或以上学历
有3-5年以上人力资源销售领域工作经验
良好的沟通与团队合作能力
英语口头与书面表达能力熟练
电脑操作能力包括Microsoft office Word/Execl/PPT….

Requirement:
Build up the prospect and clients database;
Create a personal relationship with his/her clients, to ensure they reach their objectives to their full satisfaction and bring referrals;
Prepare and attend briefing meetings with clients about potential search assignments;
Complete proposals and job descriptions to clients;
List up the expenses for each project and control incoming payments from clients;
Work as a team member with his/her colleagues and the Consulting Manager to enable performances to reach clients’ objectives;
Place of Assignment;
Base in Shanghai/China;
Significant experience in direct sales or service-oriented environment with renowned hotels, professional hr software services companies, insurance industry, travel agency, etc;
Ability to lead a team and to coach junior team members;
University degree or above;
Professional qualification of Human Resource’saplus;
Passion, willing under pressure to face change;
Demonstrate good negotiating and strong customer service skills;
Strong analytical skills – analyze need, create plan, communicate clearly and execute;
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work;
Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines;
High maturity level and energetic, work as a self-motivator;
Open and dynamic personality, with excellent communication skills;
Proficient in both oral and written English;
Above 30 years old;
